Renata Roberta is brazilian artist from Pernambuco, northeast. Multi-artist with a background in Art Education and Cinema performs the functions of Assistant Director, Actress, Trainer and Casting Producer.
CINEMA - Renata has developed her own cast training methodology based on relationships with communities, where she promotes activities that demystify cinema. For this, it uses several tools to welcome precious talents in collective artistic development activities such as conversation circles, interpretation workshops and film exhibition and debate. RESEARCH - She is a free thinker and is currently studying design thinking, mindhacking and audiovisual immersive realities in order to enhance and accelerate the materialization of impactful, simple and positive ideas in the world.

Renata Roberta, multi-artista com formação em Arte Educação e Cinema, tem atuado como Diretora e Produtora de Casting para Cinema, TV, Animação e Publicidade. Produziu casting principal em longas metragens e séries de TV de diretores consagrados como Hilton Lacerda, Cláudio Assis, Pedro Severien, entre outros. Produtora de Figuração em longas premiados como Bacurau, de Kléber Mendonça Filho e Juliano Dornelles, Prêmio do Júri no Festival de Cannes 2019, sendo segundo filme brasileiro da história a ser laureado; Aquarius, também de Kléber Mendonça Filho de 2016, indicado a prêmios internacionais como Independent Spirit Awards, César e Prêmio Platino e na lista de melhores filmes de publicações como Sight & Sound, Cahiers du Cinéma e The New York Times; Produtora de Figuração do longa O Som ao Redor, indicação brasileira ao Oscar de melhor filme estrangeiro de 2014, entre outros. É pensadora livre e atualmente estuda Design Thinking, Mindhacking e Audiovisual de Realidades Imersivas.
